about the job
- Work closely with senior management to establish objectives, schedules, and approaches for digital assets.
- Interact with potential and current investors, addressing inquiries and furnishing necessary details. Foster and sustain relationships with key figures within the digital asset community.
- Identify specific investor demographics and develop personalised marketing and communication strategies.
- Supervise the creation and distribution of digital assets while implementing security protocols to protect transactions and investor information.
- Oversee post-digital asset processes, including secondary market trading of tokens and investor relations.
- Ensure continual adherence to securities regulations.
- Deliver investment opportunities and effectively convey information to representatives and intermediaries at the Seoul headquarters.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial sector.
- Profound understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and security tokens.
- Prior experience in planning and executing security token offerings or similar fundraising endeavors.
- Ability to drive long-term business initiatives and navigate diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- CMFAS paper 1A/B and/or 4A certification preferred.
