In this position as a Claims Executive, you will be expected to handle Marine Cargo Claims and work closely with the Manager and a small team. The ideal incumbent must come with knowledge of benefits and exclusions of Marine Cargo and ability to handle claims independently.

skills and experience required

• Fundamental knowledge of coverage, benefits, and exclusions of Marine Cargo insurance
• 2+ years of experience in Claims Management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a small team
• Good understanding and application of claims handling processes in relation to market systems and in-house systems
• Understanding and application of standard processes and procedures to effectively drive claim strategy
