Our client seeks an experienced finance individual to join their Singapore operations, assisting their finance manager in day-to-day operations.
responsibilities
- Handle accounts and bookkeeping of retail licensed FMC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compute introducer/distributor fees and commissions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the Finance Manager in day-to-day operations, including accounts management, cash management, budgeting, audits, surveys/questionnaires, management fee computation, MAS forms submissions, and corporate secretary works.
- Prepare financial reports and statements on a regular basis to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, keeping abreast of changes in accounting principles and regulations.
- Effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders, providing explanations and insights as needed.
skills and experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance-related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software - Excel VBA / SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
