Develop and nurture professional relationships with new, existing, and potential clients.
Build and maintain a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities in existing and new markets.
Support and mentor Business Development Managers and Executives.
Innovatively pursue new sources of profitable business.
Ensure accuracy and quality in all sales reporting.
Create and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents.
Represent the company at industry events and maintain a professional image.
Stay informed about industry developments, technologies, competitors, and market trends.
Keep Business Unit Director informed of all activities and attend sales reviews.
Adhere to appropriate sign-offs for new business opportunities.
Manage contract documentation and participate in divisional meetings.

skills and experience required

Degree in Facilities Management or relavent studies.
10-15 years of experience in IFM.
Proven track record in winning complex sales in outsourcing.
Skilled in consulting with the ability to influence client decision-making.
Strong team leader with networking skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
