This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR, taking full ownership of Singapore HR operations and partnering closely with local partners to drive business success.
- Partner directly with office partners and business leaders to deliver pragmatic, business-aligned HR solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end local HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and lifecycle processes.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and partners within the Singapore office.
- Lead local talent initiatives, employee engagement strategies, and operational process improvements.
- Ensure all HR policies and operational practices remain compliant with local labor regulations and firm guidelines.
skills and experience required
- Degree-qualified with at least 4-5 years of experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner, ideally within legal or professional services.
- Strong operational HR foundation with experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influence capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore labor laws, employment practices, and regulatory standards, especially within the legal industry.
- Self-motivated individual contributor who thrives with operational autonomy and regional leadership support.
