skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner within an industrial, production, or operational environment.
- Strong familiarity with regional labor regulations, workforce metrics analysis, and employee relations practices.
- Experience managing diverse talent pools, including hourly, shift-based, and professional personnel.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and organizational change management.
