Reporting to the Head of Legal, your role involves:

Assist in reviewing and facilitating in the legal structuring, drafting and negotiation of legal documentation and managing the documentation process for financing transactions
Management of legal risk in relation to financing transactions and matters
Advise on the impact of laws, regulations and codes on current or proposed business activities
Provide timely and reliable legal advice to the business on legal risks arising from transactions
Assist and support on any special projects
Liaise with external counsels where necessary

skills and experience required

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and admitted as Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a top tier law firm, banking industry or financial institution
Meticulous, self-motivated, independent, collaborative and adaptable
