- Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insightful and actionable financial analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial data and understand key business drivers.
- Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Implement and improve FP&A tools, processes, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and develop junior FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills and experience required
... - At least 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing FP&A functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing teams.
