This role serves as a dual-function Finance and Admin Assistant, responsible for the full lifecycle of office administration and financial integrity. You will manage end-to-end fiscal tasks, including processing transactions, approve travel & expenses in the internal systems, handling SAP Concur expense claims, and manage wire transfers. Beyond the books, you will oversee essential office operations such as IT infrastructure, fixed asset tracking, and vendor management, while providing logistical support for regional ASEAN events. By maintaining strict document control and liaising across international regions, you ensure that both the physical office and its financial workflows remain seamless and compliant.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should have at least a minimum of a Diploma, and 5 years of relevant office administration / office management experiences with similar capacity. We require high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to ensure seamless integration into our daily operations and reporting workflows.
