This role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a Partner and investment team professionals, primarily focusing on efficient calendar management, scheduling, and arranging complex travel logistics (including visas and transfers). The ideal candidate will handle expense reporting, corporate card statements, and insurance claims, while also coordinating logistics for meetings, dining venues, investor field trips, and employee engagement events. Additionally, the position requires adaptability to manage various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team's daily operations.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 3 years of experience in supporting multiple stakeholders in a team setting. Having a good attitude, sense of responsibility and discretion, being prompt to respond and organised in your work, will help you to succeed in this role. You will need to be fluent and proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing and conversing) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking only stakeholders, such as clients and vendors based in Taiwan and China, as they are unable to converse in English.
