Our client is a distinguished Luxury F&B Brand headquartered in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will get to drive acceleration of visibility and rotations of the brands in Prestige On/Off channels and with indirect private clients customers
- Accountable for excellence in execution of visibility and activation in outlets.
- In strong collaboration with the relevant sales leads, and in alignment with the established strategy and objectives for the channel/brands, work with identified retail outlets (On and Off premise) to increase brand visibility and activation/rotations of the identified brands.
- Identify and develop proposals on opportunities for large volume driving activations and tactical plans for the sub-channel and for selected key accounts in collaboration with the relevant sales leads.
- Build a calendar of activations to drive rotations/consumptions in the prestige sub-channel: adapt national consumer campaigns to the sub-channel and design activation programs across the portfolio at key moments of consumption relevant for consumers in the sub-channels and execute activations on-site with customers.
- Partner with sales leads and key accounts team to present marketing plans to relevant key accounts and wholesalers.
- Coordinate with vendor / agencies and ensure consistent branding and POSM procurement, execution (display units, glorifiers, shop in shop, bar takeover, prints) and storage/reuse in line with business strategy and channel objectives.
- Liaise on all tactical / promotional activities & opportunities, marketing issues and ensure program execution and follow up with customer and internally.
- Ensure that all promotional activities which are implemented in the sub-channels are in line with the agreed marketing plans and guidelines, successfully interact with customers and their contacts (agencies, vendors)
- Define objectives, track results and share learning (what worked / did not work) for visibility and activation actions
- Actively search for new opportunities for merchandising (presence/visibility) and activation (for driving rotations) in current or new outlets in the sub-channels, plan and execute private clients engagement (HNW) activities
- In strong collaboration with the brand team and the Private Clients team, define Events strategy and operational objectives for engagement of private clients, establish a calendar of events for engagement of private clients in line with the business strategy, supporting both the Prestige Acceleration portfolio / brand strategy and the Private Clients channel strategy.
- Lead the execution of key strategic commercial events: support the sales manager in setting KPIs and ensuring team alignment (F1, LNY gala dinner, XMAS sales,), overall responsible for delivery of the events
- Procure, execute and store materials that will contribute to enhancing the experience of private clients with our brands and supporting sales: drinking rituals, glassware, gift with purchase, giftboxes
- Manage owned content and activation of assets linked to engagement of private clients
- Responsible for defining positioning (assortment, merchandising, visibility, activations) and rules of engagement for the owned Private Clients lounge, in line with established business objectives: create a calendar of activations of the lounge and work with private clients team to execute these activations.
- Responsible for private clients website: content refreshed and aligned with global and local business strategy and objectives, leverage internal and external resources for primary assets / KV adaptation and resizing.
- Validate the newsletter timing & content working closely with HQ & ensure fit with local business objectives
- Responsible for defining objective, content and activation of any owned assets linked to engagement of private clients
- Liaison with relevant teams at HQ and across the group to review and adapt best practices
- Identify use cases according to business objectives: recruitment, retention, upselling, up trading
- Collaborative Business Planning and A&P Management
- Contribute to Sales & Operations Process (S&OP), with accountability for activities impact on sell-in plans (consumer promotions, trade events, potential sales uplift and cannibalization)
- Effectively implement & track A&P budgets in line with budget set
Education & Experience
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years working experience in private clients management with previous exposure managing a people (prior team lead role)
- Premium Luxury Wine & spirits knowledge / experience
- Proven event management abilities
- Must possess excellent communication, analytical, creative and computer skills – excellent in PowerPoint, Excel
