Private Banking Equities Product Manager
Product Advisory:
- Innovate Ideas: Develop and package market-ready ideas, drawing insights from Research, industry intelligence, and real-world feedback.
- Strategic Focus: Drive Investment themes and product focus, injecting vibrancy and depth into investment books. Provide actionable strategies for navigating markets with robust support from Research.
- Client Solutions: Offer effective solutions for clients' Equity requests, showcasing expertise and knowledge.
- Knowledge Transfer: Educate Client Advisors and team members, becoming a recognized authority within the Bank for Equity matters.
Product Platform:
- Holistic Access: Establish access to a comprehensive range of Equity sub-classes, ensuring a broad and strategic platform.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with major counterparts and key market players, contributing to a dynamic network.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and adhere to CTCB product development and management policies.
- Operational Excellence: Guarantee end-to-end platform readiness and robustness for seamless product sales.
- Collaborative Approach: Manage internal relationships with key enablement partners and stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and supportive environment.
- Accuracy and Monitoring: Ensure accurate reflection of all products in the bank's books, supporting the development of MIS and post-transaction reporting for regulatory compliance and performance monitoring.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure comprehensive coverage at all times.
Sales:
- Strategic Support: Provide investment advisors and RMs with impactful trading ideas, market information, and sales tools.
- Knowledge Dissemination: Contribute to Equity-related internal and external publications, showcasing thought leadership.
- Creative Contribution: Develop engaging marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Proactive Decision-Making: Make timely actionable calls regarding markets and books, aiding the frontline in effectively managing clients.
skills and experience required
- Detailed knowledge of analysis and markets, with strong technical capabilities in equity
- analysis.
- Experience in Equity sales, advisory and managing Equity platforms
- End to end knowledge of product cycle
