Innovation and Product Development involve leading VOC initiatives, translating customer insights into innovative solutions, and developing business plans for new products. Additionally, there is a strong emphasis on market analysis, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle, including product field testing, launch support, and coordination with external stakeholders.

skills and experience required
