... - Construct and deliver instruments to meet specified cycle times and schedules while ensuring the highest quality.
- Adhere to prescribed methods and sequences for cable routing, electronics installation, and mechanical assembly.
- Operate independently, analyze and address standard work-related challenges.
- Identify daily technical issues and collaborate with engineers to resolve priority concerns.
- Guide and offer technical support to Specialists. Propose enhancements to improve workmanship standards.
- Ensure the maintenance of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and uphold a clean working environment.
- Comply with the company's Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety Management System requirements.
- Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
skills and experience required
- NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in manual assembly operations / manufacturing environment
- Expertise with manual hand tools (eg:screwdriver, torque wrench, allen key)
- Computer literacy in MS Office will be an added advantage
