about the role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail associates in Travel Retail locations, with a focus on product knowledge, including seasonal products.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions to educate retail teams on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the retail operations team to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure consistent messaging and brand standards are maintained across all travel retail locations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to retail associates, addressing product-related inquiries and concerns.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop training materials and resources to support product launches and promotions in travel retail.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance training content and delivery.
skills and experience required
- Previous experience in training or education, preferably in the fashion sector.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various travel retail locations across SEA.
- Strong understanding of product knowledge and sales techniques, with a focus on luxury goods.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire retail teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
