about the job
Install, configure, and maintain medical devices at customer sites within the assigned region.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
Deliver technical training to clients and internal staff as needed.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, documentation, and inventory management.
Provide remote support and guidance to clients when necessary.
Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.

Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, you will be working closely with the service and sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 3 years of service experience within the medical device business.
