about the jobThis leadership role steers the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Regional HR Shared Services hub, ensuring standardized, high-quality service delivery across multiple countries. You will be accountable for service level performance, data integrity, and the continuous optimization of centralized workflows to provide a seamless and consistent experience for our entire workforce. You will:
Lead the regional HR Shared Services operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of HR functions while proactively identifying operational gaps and executing continuous process improvement initiatives.
Harmonize and centralize HR operations and SOPs across the region, establishing a unified standard of excellence that balances global best practices with strict adherence to local regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional HR escalations, providing strategic guidance to resolve complex issues while maintaining effective communication with key business stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Talent Management team to oversee regional learning operations and administration, managing mandatory training renewals, core-trade certifications, and course registrations to ensure data integrity and meet stringent workforce compliance requirements.
Drive regional workforce planning and end-to-end employee life-cycle management, overseeing workpass administration, onboarding, and offboarding while optimizing workflows to ensure headcount alignment and service excellence.
Partner with the Talent Management team to lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing HR team, focusing on long-term capability building and robust succession planning to ensure future organizational scalability.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or Shared Services within a multinational environment with proven ability in leading regional HR operations across multiple labor jurisdictions, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-country service delivery models.
- Deep expertise in labor law compliance across Southeast Asia
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and a strong track record of spearheading HR digital transformation initiatives to enhance organizational capability.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance high-level intent with operational execution, using data-driven insights to optimize service delivery and ensure global consistency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-border collaboration skills, with a commitment to leading with accountability and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
