Our client is an iconic and reputable organisation within the Luxury industry. Their portfolio consists of world-renowned, award-winning brands and is consumed by millions worldwide.
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you will lead the development and growth of a portfolio of premium brands to drive value over volume and deliver an elevated shopper experience through consumer activation and retail developments.
Strategy and Growth Planning
- End to End Marketing role - defining long-term strategy for the different brands within the Prestige portfolio– including allocations management, product portfolio and innovation pipeline, pricing and promo assessment, activation and advertising.
- Brand planning - ensure yearly delivery of brand plans, localising Global strategy to GTR channel and ensuring GTR needs are considered as part of the Global plan. This will include development of specific product and/or activation concept specific to GTR in collaboration with the global brand teams.
Brand Marketing
- Place the Brand’s timeless DNA at the heart of our brand strategies, ensuring our plans and execution in the market
- You will be responsible to draw key insights and translating that into what forms the basis for brand strategies in support of business objectives and goals. You will get to build and protect the company brands’ health by recommending strategic directions with the marketing team, and through implementation of these strategies.
insights & delivery
- Lead the implementation and adaptation of consumer centric, impactful and fully integrated brand experience platforms and programs focused on “fewer, bigger” initiatives.
- Ensure that we penetrate consumer behavior and business/brand data to go beyond the “what” to really understand the “why” and implications for future growth plans
The successful applicant
- Minimum of at least 6-8 years in a Marketing / Brand role within the premium FMCG / Luxury Sector is highly essential
- Proven leadership level competencies such as Strategic orientation, stakeholder management, agility, managerial courage and team management
- Opportunity for you to be the brand guardian of historic premium brands – to set and implement brand strategy in conjunction with cross-functionals (Innovation, Commercial Marketing, Finance, Insights, etc.), and to partner with Commercial teams to ensure execution of strategies and tactics come to life.
