about the role:
- Oversee various trainers across the region.
- Collaborate effectively with the retail team to identify and address training needs regularly.
- Creating, organizing, and delivering training programs for all retail levels.
- Crafting solutions tailored to the local market and context to enhance service and sales.
- Create onboarding programme for new retail staffs
- Ensuring the impact of training through frequent store visits, providing ongoing coaching to improve performance in various sales aspects.
- Managing the budget for the company’s training team.
- Leading or participating in additional projects as needed.
skills and experience required:
- Approximately 5 years of hands-on training experience, preferable in fashion (Those with experience in Beauty are also welcomed).
- Experience in overseeing multiple stores.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
