Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in Singapore and Malaysia.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance against targets and make data-driven decisions.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be working closely with the sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of sales experience within the medical device business.
