about the jobTake on a leadership role as a ServiceNow Developer (Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer), where you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing ServiceNow to meet complex business needs. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will drive team performance, manage release cycles, and contribute to critical architectural decisions across multiple cross-functional teams.
Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, managing team performance and taking responsibility for key technical and strategic decisions.
Application Engineering: Configure and support ServiceNow applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure long-term system stability.
Solution Design: Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to build innovative solutions that align with business needs while preserving system compatibility and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead meetings with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and enterprise-wide solutions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure high quality, reliability, and an enhanced user experience.
