- Manage product performance, quality, cost, and reliability throughout its lifecycle.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers worldwide.
- Serve as a technical leader in sales and marketing activities
- Lead the engineering team, collaborating with the R&D team and system architects to develop solutions.
- Take charge of the project team, overseeing project proposals, timelines, specifications, and costs.
- Review customer requirements, ensure compliance, define product acceptance criteria, and manage the acceptance process.
- Conduct product costing analysis to meet cost targets pre and post-production.
- Manage strategic suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with the NPI, MFG, and QA teams for equipment build and product launch preparation.
- Collaborate with various teams, gather customer feedback, and implement product improvement programs.
Educational Requirements
- A degree in engineering or a related discipline
- Eight years or more of working experience in equipment development
- Experience in product cost management skills.
