about the job
Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will develop and implement long-term financial plans aligned with the business plan. Evaluate financial plans and KPIs to forecast future financial conditions accurately. Conduct regular competitor analysis and assess enterprise value. Formulate and execute funding strategies from banks and capital markets. Negotiate favourable funding conditions with banks and financial institutions. Review and manage loan agreements accurately and punctually. Gather essential external ratings for future bond issues. Support M&A activities by creating and validating financial models and calculating enterprise value. Manage financial contracts, assess risks, and organise bank guarantees. Engage stakeholders through proposal presentations and obtain necessary approvals.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant experience in treasury operations, cash management, and financial analysis.
- Strong financial knowledge and skills, especially in financial analysis and ship finance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently.
