- Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the F&B and events sector.
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with B2B and B2C clients.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conducts market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
- Prepares and presents sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.
- Coordinates closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and catering services, meeting client expectations and quality standards.
- Monitors sales performance metrics, tracks progress against targets, and provides regular reports and insights to senior management.
skills and experience required
- Proven track record of success in sales roles within the F&B, hospitality, or events industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
