about the job
This role will report to the HR Manager based in Singapore. Leading a team of two, you will:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management and employer branding, payroll checking
- Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
- Identify training needs to work with department head in supporting the learning & development requirements
- Drive HR projects including system migration
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other HR initiatives

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years as a HR Generalist, with team management experience
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
