About our Client
Our client is a European multinational, a market leader in the manufacturing industry in the segment they operate in. They are looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore as part of the regional legal team with primary responsibilities as a key business partner to the global technology team.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will play a key role in partnering closely with the global technology team based in Singapore and other members of the senior management team. You will be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of technology contracts ensuring the company’s objectives and interests are met in line with business strategy while ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements with the Group’s policies and regulatory requirements. You will also provide training and updates on related legal and compliance matters and participate in global and regional projects as they arise.
Requirements
You are a qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience ideally with prior exposure to technology related contracts and matters. A commercial-minded team player that is detailed and meticulous, you are solutions driven and have a proven track record of influencing and partnering with global stakeholders.
