about the job
The job scope entails drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements including sales, distributorships, construction, procurement and service, providing advice on legal matters such as employment law, company and construction law. You are also required to support the corporate secretarial function and preparing for resolutions. Assisting the head of legal in conducting legal research and creating new contract templates, as well as advising on compliance issues not limited to data privacy, anti-bribery, ethics and employment. Liaise with internal global stakeholders and provide legal training when required.

skills and experience required
Degree of Law from reputable University, and admitted to the Singapore Bar with minimally 2-3 years of post qualified years of experience.
