Our client is a market leading Manufacturing MNC, currently recruiting for a Payroll Executive/ Senior Executive to join the HR team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be supporting all Payroll activities, including but not limited to:
- Manage full cycle payroll processing for 350 employees in Singapore, consisting of both blue collar and white collar employees, ensuring punctual salary disbursement
- Ensure accurate submission of statutory filings, including monthly CPF contributions, IR21 submissions, NS claims, and maternity and childcare leave claims
- Process monthly overtime payments and staff reimbursement claims promptly
- Manage payroll reports and reconciliations etc
- Collaborate closely with site managers and employees to address payroll enquiries
- Address payroll queries from internal and external auditors
- Review and enhance payroll policies and procedures with regards to processes, controls, and compliance
- Assist in various ad-hoc HR & Payroll projects as required

- Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.45pm, on-site
- Office location: West, Singapore. Transport provided
- Salary up to $5,500/month, depending on work experience
- Opportunity to be promoted to Assistant Manager
skills and experience required
- Minimum diploma required in human resource or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience processing payroll using SuccessFactors
- Competence in handling full spectrum of payroll tasks
- Knowledge of Employment Act and Manpower Laws
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Can-do attitude and willingness to tackle problems or new tasks
