One of a leading FMCG client located in Suntec is in seeking a Receptionist & Admin Assistant who can handle various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
about the role
You will be reporting to the HR business partner on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will be as follows :
- General reception duties, including attending to visitors.
- Maintaining the tidiness of the reception, common areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and storeroom.
- Assisting in preparing meeting and conference rooms.
- Managing/maintaining the DHL portal and handling postal and courier services (local and international).
- Managing inventory of pantry and office stationery, and restocking when necessary.
- Handling incoming mail and receiving/signing documents/parcels from courier companies.
- Assisting in the ordering of stationery/pantry items.
- Liaising with building management or external vendors for office maintenance/repairs.
- Coordinating catering for meetings and events.
- Maintenance of office equipment and inventory.
- Assisting in the staff access process, including new joiners (e.g., locker allocation, access cards, building access).
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
skills and requirements
Requirements for the Receptionist & Admin Assistant role include:
- Availability from Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) (Fridays can be WFH most days)
- The ability to work independently.
- Strong initiative and a meticulous approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The capability to multitask effectively.
- Possession of effective organizational and follow-up skills, with a keen attention to detail.
