about the job
High-Volume Talent Sourcing
Execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles such as customer service, admin, events, project coordinators etc, on contract or part time basis
Utilise mass-marketing tools, social media campaigns, and career boards to generate a constant flow of applicants
Conduct group interview sessions to qualify large batches of candidates efficiently
Seamless Project Delivery
Act as the primary contact for talent, ensuring they are briefed, compliant, and ready for deployment
Manage the "onboarding treadmill": overseeing background checks, right-to-work documentation, and contract signatures
Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure all client "fill rates" and "time-to-hire" targets are met.
Data & Pipeline Management
Maintain an organize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure real-time reporting on candidate pipelines.
Anticipate "drop-out" rates and proactively build "bench strength" to ensure project deadlines are never missed.
Provide candidate experience excellence, ensuring that even in high-volume settings, every applicant receives professional and timely feedback.
