key responsibilities:
- Manage the sales targets and oversee the calculation of performance-based incentives and commissions for store personnel.
- Lead the end-to-end customer experience strategy for all physical activations, including pop-ups, brand campaigns, and events.
- Manage the selection and logistics of event collaterals, including the conceptualization and procurement of giveaways that align with campaign goals.
- Optimize spatial planning and event flow by strategically placing interactive touchpoints (e.g., F&B carts, demo stations) to maximize foot traffic and brand immersion.
- Generate comprehensive sales and product performance analytics to support strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
- Monitor store compliance regarding administrative protocols, including scheduling, petty cash management, and operational expenses.
- Facilitate seamless cross-functional communication between regional headquarters and various retail management teams.
- Provide essential logistical and administrative support for executive site visits and internal training programs.
qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of similar experience within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Exceptional data analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and a proven ability to manage multiple administrative workflows.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to solving operational challenges and improving service standards.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
