Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, currently recruiting for a Regional Senior HR Executive to join the HR team.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be part of a Regional HR team, providing HR support and aligning business objectives with employees and management in specific business units.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Manage HR functions which include Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management and Learning & Development etc
- HR operations and employee life cycle management, from onboarding to offboarding, including work pass management
- Manage employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related paperwork
- Administer and maintain HRIS (SAP) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Collaborate with payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including providing of payroll data and checking of reports
- Facilitate communication regarding HR programs and updates
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department, suggest and implement new HR strategies, Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

- 5 day work week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Office location: Central-East, Singapore
- Up to $6,500/month + aws 1 month
- Regional headcount: 350-400
skills and experience required
- At least 2 years of relevant HR work experience
- Experience working in manufacturing or relevant industry would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Regional HR experience would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, good team player
