about the job
As the Senior Legal Counsel, you will be assisting the Legal Directorm, and working in a team of 5 in handling a wide range of legal and compliance matters, including but not limited to providing legal advice and recommendations. On a day-to-day basis, you will be assisting on procurement, supply chain and facilities agreements and dealing with high value manufacturing agreements. Also, you will be leading strategic projects and working on confidentiality agreements. Partnering the senior management as well as working very closely with the internal stakeholders and providing training when necessary.

skills and experience required
Called to the Singapore Bar or any common law jurisdiction with at least 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing company. You have regional experience and not a stranger to handling legal matters across the SEA countries. You are highly independent, reliable, resilience and able to multitask. ...
