Dyson, IBM, OCBC and Unilever have also joined the top 20 list of Singapore’s most attractive commercial companies in 2021 for the first time.

The 2021 Randstad Employer Brand Research examines job seekers’ and workers' perceptions of employer brands. It offers an accurate understanding of employee value proposition factors and drivers. This edition is unique as it marks the only global independent research that captures the changes in workforce sentiments since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, 3,003 locally-based employees and job seekers were surveyed in January.
