Our client is a Global Transportation MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join the HR team.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be part of the HR team, providing HR support and aligning business objectives with employees and management in specific business units.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Provide advice to respective Business Unit on all HR matters, recommend and support in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies
- Manage HR functions which include Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management and Learning & Development etc
- Manage staff movements, ensure compliance and consistent HR policies and practices in line to the business needs and labor legislative requirement, ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
- Drive key HR project and initiative to fulfil the overall HR strategy that drive organization’s business objective

- Permanent role
- 5 day work week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
- Office location: Changi, Singapore
- Basic salary + AWS + VB
- Regional headcount: 350-400
skills and experience required
- At least 2 years of relevant HR work experience
- Experience working in blue collar or relevant industry would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, good team player
