As a HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the HRBP Lead and work closely with their Shared Services Function (that supports HR operations, onboarding / offboarding and payroll) and also their Talent Acquisition COE. In addition, you will:
- Be a trusted HRBP and support ensure strong delivery of HR strategies and solutions for Singapore employees
- Partner with HODs and Managers to identify key people trends, workforce planning, retention strategies and people development
- Support and resolve employee relations issues and grievances
- Advise and coach managers on all people matters; including building a high performance culture, performance management / development and employee engagement
- Participate in other related HR initiatives, projects and roll-outs from head office
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources; with a track record in handling HR Operations including employee relations, performance management, employee development and disciplinary cases
- Experience supporting high volume of employees is essential; open to candidates with experience working within hospitality, food & beverage or blue collar environments (i.e. Plant HR Managers or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Strong knowledge of local labour legislation and practices of Singapore
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Work Location: West
