Our client is a Global Retail MNC, currently recruiting for a Regional HR Generalist (1 year contract, convertable) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be part of a Regional HR team supporting all HR activities, including but not limited to:
- HR operations and employee life cycle management, from onboarding to offboarding, including work pass management
- Manage employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related paperwork
- Administer and maintain HRIS (Workday) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Collaborate with payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including providing of payroll data and checking of reports
- Facilitate communication regarding HR programs and updates
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns

- 1 year convertable contract + 1 month completion bonus
- 5 day work week, 9am-6pm
- Office location: Town, Singapore
- Entitled to employee benefits
- Regional headcount: 200
- Candidates available to start on short notice preferred, able to commit to the role
skills and experience required
- Relevant education and experience in HR
- Experience working in retail or relevant industry would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
