Your key purpose will be to oversee the execution of the local data operations and manage the engineering operations and core infrastructure. In addition you will be responsible for Inspecting building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client. You will also be required to manage contractors who carry out maintenance works and provide regular progress reports.
