Randstad, the world’s largest talent company, announced Changi Airport Group as the Most Attractive Companies to Work For in Singapore, following a poll of 2,522 locally-based respondents.
The annual Randstad Employer Brand Awards is a ranking of employer attractiveness for Singapore’s 75 largest commercial companies and institutions that are known by at least 10% of the local population. Voted by 2,522 respondents based in Singapore, companies were rated on their relative employer brand awareness and attractiveness.
Changi Airport Group is ranked the Most Attractive Company to work for in Singapore in 2025. This is the third time the company has received the top accolade since the awards began in 2012, the first two times being in 2016 and 2018.

In the 2025 survey, Changi Airport Group achieved an impressive attractiveness score of 78.4%, marking a significant increase from its score of 69.6% in 2024.
The company is one of the world’s most awarded airports and oversees a broad spectrum of functions focusing on airport operations and management, air hub development, commercial activities and airport emergency service. Changi Airport Group had also earlier this year announced the development of Terminal 5, which will create jobs in Singapore from construction through to operations.

From 2019 to 2024, Singapore Airlines won the title of Singapore’s Most Attractive Employer thrice (in five years). The national carrier clinched its spot in the Employer Brand Hall of Fame for the second time from 2024 to 2025. The Hall of Fame aims to provide companies with a level playing field for employer branding recognition. Singapore Airlines will return to the ranking in 2026.

The relative employer brand attractiveness scores are also measured at the industry level. Out of the 15 industries up for voting, the hospitality and recreation sector was ranked top with 59.2 points out of a maximum of 100, making it the most attractive sector to work for in Singapore.
