We are currently partnering with an established global technology organisation for a passionate Head of Talent Management for the region. about the jobAs the Head of Talent Management, you will be in charge of designing, developing and driving strategies in partnerships with HR business partners, senior management team, global talent management team and key stakeholders.Design, develop and deliver interventions to support business needsPartner with leadership teams, senior stakeholders and global team to align strategiesDrive TM initiatives and strategies around Secession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Change Management Analyse, diagnose and optimise strategies on TM projects such as Leadership Development, Early Career Programs and Talent reviews to monitor succession risk management skills and experience requiredYou should come with at least 12+ years of Talent Management experience, preferably in the Technology industry.
