About the JobThis role will be seated in Singapore, our organization’s regional headquarters, enjoying a direct reporting line into Regional General Manager, who comes with decades of sales and partnership experience within the travel and hospitality verticals.As a key stakeholder in the business development team, you will be responsible for end-to-end driving and growing of new partnership opportunities within the SEA region, from initial market mapping to tender negotiation to deal closing, key goal being to expand our organization’s footprint to new locations in line with growth markets the team has outlined. In addition, this role will be a key pillar in market mapping such opportunities, working with the finance team to formulate budgets for market entry sensibility. As the regional team is lean in nature, there will be a part of account management as well post-deal closings. Skills and Experience RequiredDegree in a relevant field of study such as business administration6 or more years of experience driving B2B regional business development, sales, and/or partnerships within the travel, aviation, commercial real estate or hospitality space working directly with location acquisitionStrong experience in driving complex contract negotiation with a focus on lease agreements, JVs, and management contractsWillingness and ability to travel when necessary and as borders continue to open up.
